The result is a tailored property-by-property business plan designed to maximize the value of each individual asset.

- The anticipated hold period and valuation from alternative strategies: sale as is, immediate sale to an
owner-occupant or lease with subsequent sale to an investor or owner occupant - The relative attractiveness of each alternative
After development of the plan, Redbrick will oversee its implementation through our network of real estate professionals in Florida, Georgia, Arizona, California, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, DC, Maryland and Pennsylvania. These professionals have purchased, rehabbed, leased, managed and sold thousands of single family homes across the country.
We have designed a compensation program that aligns our interests with the interests of the owner based on the ultimate returns from the underlying assets. These programs range from a fee for service with profit participation to an outright acquisition of the property with our own discretionary or third party capital typically with seller financing.
